As of October 2025, Motra now has full support for Drop Sets, both on the Apple Watch and iPhone.
Adding a Drop Set on your iPhone:
Drop Sets can be added on your iPhone by tapping the set number of any given set, and selecting "Drop Set".
Drop Sets on the iPhone app are labeled with a magenta "D", and indicate the Drop Set letter.
Note: At this time, Drop Sets are not automatically detected. Users will have to manually log each set, and then assign the set as a Drop Set after it has been logged.
Adding a Drop Set on your Apple Watch:
Drop Sets can be added on your Apple Watch by tapping the menu for a set, and changing the set type to "Drop Set".
