Train Fitness offers an extensive exercise library with over 400 exercises. If there's an exercise you'd like to log in your workouts that isn't available in Train Fitness, you can create a custom exercise.
Custom exercises can be logged and tracked just like any other Train Fitness exercise. They will also be included in muscle recovery tracking.
Create Custome Exercises
To create a custom exercise, on your iPhone:
Navigate to the Workout tab.
Tap the "+" button in the upper right corner.
Tap "Create Custom Exercise" and add the information as desired.
Access Custome Exercises
To find custom exercises during a workout session on your Apple Watch, tap the "+" button and scroll down to the list of custom exercises or search for the custom exercise by its name.
If your newly added exercises do not appear immediately, try refreshing the list by exiting and re-entering the Library on your Apple Watch.
