Weight & Reps Auto-Progression

Train Fitness will automatically progress your weight and reps using our Auto-Progression feature.

Train Fitness requires 5 workouts to learn from you before Auto-Progression is available.

If you have fewer than five logged workouts with Train Fitness, suggested weights and reps will be set to default values or estimated based on your demographic information (age, gender, etc.), goals, and experience.

After your 5th workout, Train Fitness AI will be able to offer tailored weight and rep suggestions that align with your strength level and workout goals.

Import Workout Data

You can expedite AI calibration by transferring your workout history from other apps:

In your iPhone Train Fitness app:

  1. Go to "Settings > Import Workout Data".

  2. Tap "Request Import Data." Acceptable file formats are .csv, .gym, or .xml.

Train Fitness will review the submission and notify you when the workouts have been added to your account. This process may take up to 7 days.
