Equipment
Your Equipment settings tell the AI what equipment you have access to, allowing it to suggest exercises you can perform with your available equipment.
Workout Preferences
Duration
Specify how long you would like your workout to be.
Generation usually takes less than 10 seconds. The longer the desired workout, the longer it takes Train Fitness AI to generate it.
Intensity
Customize the intensity setting based on how you feel today:
Low | Longer rests, lighter weights, and fewer reps. Your heart rate should stay in Zone 1 or 2. |
Medium | Standard workout with typical weights, reps, and rest times based on your history. |
Medium | Intense workout with heavier weights, more reps, and shorter rests. Expect to be challenged! |
Muscle Groups
Specify which muscle groups you'd like to target. The recovered muscles will be selected by default.
AI Customization and Exercise Variety
Further customize workout generation by setting Exercise Varaity to:
Familiar | Receive exercises you have done many times. |
Some New | A mix of familiar exercises and new ones to diversify your routine. |
Mostly New | Explore new exercises that Train Fitness supports to help you achieve your goals. |
Advanced Settings
Specify if you want warm-up or cool-down sets and if you want supersets in your generated workout.
