Customizing Apple Watch Display

Customize your in-workout display to show heart rate zones, total volume, workout duration, and more.

Updated over a week ago

You can customize your main Train Fitness in-workout display to show stats like total time, average rest time, active calories, total volume lifted, heart rate, or heart rate zones.

How to Customize Your Apple Watch Display

During a workout, swipe left and tap on Settings, then scroll down and tap Display.

You have 3 customizable slots to select the stats you want to display. Currently, Train Fitness supports the following display options:

  • Heart Rate

  • Total Volume Lifted (TVL)

  • Workout Duration

  • Heart Rate Zone

  • Active Calories

  • Average Rest Time

To edit a slot, tap on it and choose the desired stat from the list. Note: The first slot cannot be changed and will always show rest time or the rest alarm.

In Guide Mode

If you’re in a templated workout with Guide Mode enabled, the Guide Mode card will replace the bottom two stats. It's recommended that you place your most important stats in the top customizable slot.
