Train Fitness leverages Apple Health to measure and track your calories during a workout. This is the same system used in the native Apple Fitness app and relies on your biometric data, heart rate, and motion to accurately predict calories burned.
If you want to modify or edit your calorie count for a given workout, you can do this from the iPhone app after the workout has been saved.
If you feel your calorie count is incorrect, please check your Apple Health biometric data to ensure your age, gender, height, and weight are correctly inputted.
