Data Import
Seamlessly bring your workout history into Train Fitness using the Data Import feature. Files in .csv, .gym, and .xml formats are accepted.
To request a data import,
Open the Train Fitness app > tap "You" in the bottom tab bar.
Tap the gear icon to access "Settings".
Scroll down to find "Import Workout Data" and tap to enter the page.
Initiate an import request by tapping the "Request Data Import" button at the bottom of the page.
Import requests will be reviewed, and a notification will be sent via email once the data has been added to your Train account. Please allow up to 7 days for the review and import process.

Data Export
At Train Fitness, your data is yours. You have complete ownership and can access it anytime. Easily export your workout history to a CSV file using the Data Export feature. Exports are sent via email and typically arrive within 5 to 15 minutes. You can export your data up to three times per day.
Check your spam folder if the exported file isn’t in your inbox.
To export data:
Open the Train Fitness app > tap "You" in the bottom tab bar.
Tap the gear icon to access "Settings".
Scroll down to find "Export Workout Data" and tap to enter the page.
Tap "Continue" at the bottom of the page. For security reasons, you may be prompted to enter your email or log in again.
Once the export request is submitted, a pop-up will confirm that the export request has been initiated.
