Train Fitness uses an advanced algorithm to calculate readiness based on your exercises and weights. Your muscle recovery score updates daily. It can take up to five days for a heavily fatigued muscle to fully recover.

You can swipe through all your muscle groups on the Workout tab to quickly gauge muscle readiness. Recovered muscles will be listed first.
