Proper warm-ups can help reduce muscle soreness and minimize the risk of injury. Cooling down allows your heart rate and blood pressure to gradually return to their pre-exercise levels, promoting better recovery.
On Train Fitness, you can add multiple Warm-Up (WU) and Cool-Down (CD) sets at the start and end of each exercise.

To switch a set's type:
On the Train Fitness mobile app, expand any exercise.
Tap on the set count "1, 2, 3..." to toggle between WU (warm-up), regular set, and CD (cool-down set).
