Personal Record (PR) Breakdown
Personal Record (PR) Breakdown

PR Breakdown shows your max lifts and estimated weights. Use the calculator or table to see max and predicted reps.

Updated over a week ago

The Personal Record Breakdown (PR breakdown) offers an overview of the heaviest weight you have lifted for each exercise at a specified number of reps, along with an estimated maximum weight.

Calculator

Use the calculator to check the heaviest weight you have lifted for a specific number of reps, or view the estimated weight calculated by Train Fitness' algorithm based on your workout history.

"My Best" indicates the maximum weight you've lifted for the exercise, representing your highest lift for the specified reps.

"Predicted" is the estimated weight you can lift for the specified reps, helping you decide how much weight to use for sets. This prediction uses your data from the last 90 days and is updated daily.

The calculator holds the same information as the PR Breakdown Table but presents it in a more digestible manner.

PR Breakdown Table

The PR Breakdown Table holds the same information as the calculator but presents all rep counts at once for quick access.
